Fantastic experience. They have great customer service and great packages: including (at time of purchase) free 24 hour access for the first month to help move in to the unit. Very friendly staff and clean units with a competitive price. Would highly recommend!

I used UK Storage for a couple of months in-between house moves. They were fantastic and great value for money - their admin support is fast and effective and the facility itself was clean and very secure, with helpfully placed trolleys by the entrance. I would absolutely use this company again, and recommend them highly.

Good service and facilities, competetive price. Personal access code allows 24hr access, no need to do first visit during office hours. Particularly helpful when I discovered out of hours that I needed more storage: they assigned an additional unit of the size requested over the phone. Only minor suggestion for improvement: the trolleys.

I would absolutely recommend this company when it comes to storage. Their prices are reasonable, the units are easy to access, and the staff on the phone were helpful every time I needed to call them. I wish all companies had the same mentality as these guys when it comes to customer service!

A positive experience. Convenient, easy to use facility. The customer service is excellent. Staff always sound genuinely cheerful on the phone.
