Anyone who knows me will remember that I started out in the pet business over 25 years ago in Kilburn and progressed steadily to our 5000 sq ft pet superstore.

Through years of experience, knowledge and customer needs we are now one of London's leading pet stores; supplying pets, food and all accessories you may need online or in store.

Here at Jumanji pets we care for you and all your pet needs.Together with knowledgeable employees, we demand satisfaction with everyone that we serve, where our animal welfare always comes first in every situation.Everyone of our employees are experienced pet owners as well as being well trained in animal husbandry.

When you visit our store we ensure that you walk away with everything you need to be great pet owner. We offer free animal care sheets and advice is always available in store or by telephone/ email.

I rescued 4 neride snails from the streets and called to see if they would kindly accept them as I do not possess a fish tank and they were on survival mode with me.the lady on the phone was kind and accepted to take them in. We unfortunately lost one before we brought them this morning at opening 9am, but the shop was still closed. We stayed until 9.20 but still nothing and we had to attend a medical appointment so I left them in a bag and with a note on top hoping that a member of staff would take them as soon as they would open. As a neighbour was out, I let her know of the situation. Any update would be greatly appreciated. At least know that they're now OK.
I highly recommend Jumanji Pets to any pet enthusiast in the area or anywhere in London. They have everything you need from Aquarium Fish/ Reptiles/ Cats/ Dogs/ Birds and Rodents. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is very personable and he has fountain of knowledge with experience, which he's always happy to share for any help or advice you may need. Very well priced, great variety of products and pleasant service always.
I decided to get a few fish for my study room as I am working from home the two ladies who helped me were great! Very patient with so much knowledge and recommendations for what I wanted, one lady in particular was super and even helped me carry things to my car! Good selection depending what type you are after and good value, thank you
Been coming to this shop since I was a kid when it was originally located across the road in the market, Paul and his team have always been fantastic they seem to stock and cater for all type of pet products and also have a fantastic aquatic section. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with animals or fish 5 star all day long
The staff really care about the animals’ welfare, especially the girl that helped me. I got my show grade hamster from here, which is ethically bred unlike Pets At Home where they are supplied by breeding mills and a lot chunkier than standard hamsters. I’ve had him since December and he’s bonded to me really quickly. I would come back here to buy another pet in the future
A really small but nice pet store with friendly staff. A reasonable good selection of pets including fish, hamsters, rats, tortoise, and birds and reptiles.
Very good workers, the blonde girl was very polite to us and explained to us the care of the fish and the curly-haired boy has also helped us a lot, thank you very much
Best pets shop in town in my opinion. Amazing selection of both pets from the breeders, and all sort of food and accessories. Also great aquarium room. The staff is nice and very helpful.
I was going to buy fish, for bowl, and sales nan told me its not allowed, and all shops not allowed. I went to other shop, when i told whats happened they said, he made fun of me. There is no law for that. I bought what i need . With thank you and smile.. running the business with lies to make you buy more expansive equipment. This is cruel
I was passing by and saw this lovely pet shops, went there to look. I was amazed with what they had, I never noticed this place. Now I now where to go next time I want to buy anything for my fish. Recommended
