Been coming so many times and the ice cream is really good, chocolaty but light with a surprising warm melted chocolate at the bottom of the cone.Food: 5/5
Bit of a small shop which makes it quite difficult when it’s busy but staff are incredibly accommodating and efficient nonetheless. You can get ice cream and hot chocolate too which is a plus, with the pick and mix being the highlight - a rather exciting special occasion for visiting was the pick and mix advent calendar. Unfortunately the white chocolate and mango flavours weren’t available in this store but every other flavour was so not too disappointing. Very satisfied overall, will be returning.

I often pass this store and finally had a chance to go into it. They serve all the "special edition" flavours such as matcha, Irish cream, strawberry and cream. It is at a higher price point as the pick and mix is priced at around £4.50 for 8 pieces. I noticed they started doing hot chocolates, milk shakes and ice cream. We got an ice cream, it was OK. They dip the cone in lindtt chocolate and drizzle it on top. We visited on a half term break, the store was busy. Would recommend going at a quieter time.
We have been going here since the past 2 years and everytime we visit we do make a purchase. Here you find the chocolate options that you can't find anywhere else, such as the truffles, novelty bars etc. Even if you want to buy the traditional Lindt chocolates they are at a price that are cheaper than what you could see at a Waitrose. They started to also sell hot chocolate and ice cream around springtime 2023. I tried the hot chocolate recently during a cold wet rainy weekend and I felt so happy as I am very particular about the hot chocolate I consume. The chocolate mouth feel was just right and wasn't too milky. The lady at the counter recommended the normal version as it is less sweet compared to the hazelnut option. I will definitely try their ice cream next time. I can say that I would recommend this store to anyone who do love Lindt. I always buy a big batch for ourselves and for my extended family. Edit: On a recent visit , we tried their ice-cream and we enjoyed it. We also ordered the milkshake, which is made using the same ice-cream, was just average. Nonetheless nothing beats their hot chocolate. That was just great. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with good options of chocolates for the children too.
Visited today to treat my children. Went to the counter and began ordering ice cream. Another customer interrupted and was served before I was. This was unprofessional, as I was already being served. I complained to the store manager, Victoria, who promptly and professionally resolved the situation. We got pick and mix, a mixed chocolate ice cream, and a milkshake, all of which were high-quality products. Lucky to have this on our doorstep. To customers who tend to interrupt others during their order, please practise good manners in public places. To the person behind the counter, you must serve the customer you are interacting with first before taking another order. Perhaps better staff training is needed. Overall, it was a good visit. Thanks again to Victoria for handling the situation today and the other staff members who made the ice cream and milkshake promptly.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The lady told me about their offers when I was picking out items and asked if I needed a basket. Great service, and delicious chocolates! Food: 5/5
Massive variation of Lindt chocolate. Flavours and chocolates I've never seen before. Massive pick and mix Lindor selection. On the expensive side. Enjoyed a white chocolate and milk chocolate ice cream, with melted chocolate in the bottom of the cone, which was very nice but was about £5. Staff very friendly and professional. Would recommend for any chocoholic.
It was a amazing experience the different kinds of chocolate flavours were awesome you can pick 25 different flavours btw.They also offer shakes and Ice creams which were the best I ever had. The service was really friendly and the atmosphere was really nice aswell.
