Great news all on sell 50% hurry up guys. This is nice store. You can buy pet food grocery, home stuff gardening, and many more . I recommend people come and visit this shop and have a looked it.
This store has a lot of good quality thing's at a cheap price, there are a lot of bargains to look for here. They have a good range of homeware and other thing's as well.
Usually very good service. On this occasion I decided to pay cash, the Indian guy with a tattoo on his arm looked a bit confused with the change. Plonked it on the counter and started to serve the next customer. I spotted the error straight away and told him, his reply was “yes”, genius. I explained it 3 times. Then some other staff member, maybe manager but with no management or customer service training came to assist, examined my receipt and change, not a single word, apology or eye contact, just handed the correct change over. I think a requirement to work on a toll is to be able to count or at least read the receipt to hand over the correct change.

I am sorry. I had a very bad experience from your store at Wembley. I don't know his name. He is an Indian having big moustache. Very very bad experience. He came shouting at me when I was checking a floor shrug. I politely ask the management to not appoint this type of rowdy staff to your store. He as playing like an rowdy. Felt very bad. So disappointed. Before the incident with me I saw him arguing with a lady.
The worst customer service I have ever experience me and 2of my friend went in to the shop and bought a balloon pumper and I saw some gumy worms and no one was at the till and he came and i said never mind becaus i remember i used all my money at pond land and he started saying we stole for the shop wen we did not and I will be making a complaint
The customer service is terrible. The staff randomly started making fun of my dad calling him names thinking we don't understand, not only that they called people from inside the staffroom just so they could mock him. I don't know what the problem was but I regret stepping foot in there and I don't think I'll ever shop there again.
Not accessible by wheelchair or those with difficulty walking as you have to negotiate a long flight of stairs down into the store. Must have been an old dept. store at some point. Good selection of items available at fairly reasonable prices.
Not very nice workers, I had to say hello three times before someone Bearley pay attention to me, he said he was packing the shelves. I refuse to go back nit the first time. They need to be trained properly
The little one was hyper active and not sitting in the pushchair. He opened some sweets. I got my items went to the till and paid for those including sweets of course. Lady at till gave both boys a lolly and her colleague offered to help with carrying pushchair up the stairs. Their items are great, especially the sauces and baby food. They are always well stocked and more or less have all items i need. I would add their furniture, such as stool sets are affordable and great quality. I would recommend shopping at poundstretcher once a week and catching their offers!
