Huge space, lots of machines. Everything you need in gym. Can become a little crowded in peak hours.

What can I say? I have been coming to this gym, which is in my opinion the best in Cardiff and I do not think I will ever be cancelling my membership.  They have all the equipment I will ever need and they are the friendliest gym in the city.  They keep things smooth by making sure that members who continually abuse the facilities are taught good etiquette.  Great vibe, sometimes dodgy music (joke), friendly peeps and above all a constantly improving and adapting gymnasium come together for a perfect combo.  A+++

By far the best gym in Cardiff, constantly updating and adding to the equipment, staff are very welcoming and friendly, great classes and not great value for money

Hands down the best gym in Cardiff, although it is located in the arse end of nowhere.    Fully equipped, an indoor green and a boxing ring to boot!
