Having come from Pure gym, I found JD Gym clean and spacious. Lots of free weights but less machines than Pure gym. (Excluding certain machines)

The sauna is a really nice extra and the classes are great. Most(few exceptions) personal trainers are friendly and helpful which is motivating and inviting.

I wish it closes later, but with time and demand I'm sure it may be a possibility.

Good facilities in a clean and well managed new site. We'll layed out with plenty of room. The sauna in the very spacious changing room is a big plus.

Great gym in the heart of Cardiff, It has so much to offer for a budget gym (currently £20pm). It's always clean which is great because the other 2 gyms I've been a member of in the city centre are disgusting. Friendly staff and you get an extra free workout by climbing all their stairs to get I there lol.

I've recently moved to this gym and I do not regret the decision. 

There have been a couple of minor problems with one of the leg presses and the elevators. Stuff breaks, it happens. Overall though, this gym has so much equipment it's not a problem. So much equipment that at peak times it doesn't feel that busy. As there are always bars free. 

For once a gym that doesn't prioritise most of its floor space with cardio equipment. The staff are nice, the equipment is awesome and I've enjoyed all the classes I've been to so far. 

For the price you can't knock it.

I joined for 1 day and just found it to be smaller than expected.  Good equipment but not ideal for peak times. Couldn't use it
