What a different and fabulous experience from the usual high street chains. The staff were engaging and delightful, my wife wasn't certain what to have so the staff did a little consultation asking about strength of coffee, quantity, flavour and produced three perfect cup. I stuck with the mint tea which was lovely and refreshing. Presentation excellent! 😀

What a fantastic place - it made having a coffee out become a real treat. We even gave in to the amazing squidgy gluten free chocolate brownies ... Great coffee and tea, wonderful staff and attractive presentation.

The Cinnamon Rolls are so good. Also check out their sausage rolls! Not to mention the coffee.

Just come in as early for my Physio thus morning, really lovely place, amazing coffee and pastry. I'm liking the feel of the place very masculine and robust decor. Plenty of staff, I'm sat having my coffee and listening to staff training on making a quality coffee. Lovely to hear the passion, I will be back .

Coffee at its best in a warm and welcoming respite from the winter chill. I've been to Ue Coffee a number of times and am a self confessed 'coffee snob'. I really do have to preface this review with the fact that when listening to the McDonalds adverts I'm actually more attracted to the coffee they are trying to take the piss out of. Not that there is anything snobbish or ultra expensive about Ue. At the heart of the shop is, as it should be, the coffee. Yes, they are trying to offer more food options, but I for one am simply interested in the brew. I'm told by a tea drinking friend (I don't touch the stuff) that the tea is not too bad as well. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the only downside is that now that word is out about one of the best local coffee shops, it is hard to get a seat. I'm tempted to put 1 star just to increase my chance of getting a seat - but that would be mean! For me, this place is a 5/5 - and no I don't work there or know anyone who does, I just like good coffee. It's more likely a takeaway for me now - until they find a larger place, but still worth 5.
