Rude and unwelcoming. Even when we paid no words of thanks expressed, just complete silence. Food at best very average but expensive when compared to other Indian restaurants locally. My starter and main dish were 2 completely different dishes but clearly the same sauce used! Food took ages to come even though only 3 other tables occupied. Interior scruffy.

One star is even too much for this place. Had an absolutely AWFUL experience yesterday. The food was very bland (and luke warm!), the chicken was tough, the prawns had been cremated and the onion bhajis were dry and tasteless, etc, etc..Not only that, but part of our order was missing. To top it all off, one of the members of staff tried short changing me and when I questioned this he became very rude and dismissive. That is simply not on. Will definitely NOT be going back again and would not recommend to anyone. Abysmal service.

Absolutely love Twydall Tandoori. The service is very good especially when they get to know your preferences. The food is always freshly cooked and the chef's specialities are a must. The television is very rarely on and when diners come in, it's turned off immediately. I have been coming to the Twydall Tandoori for over 9 years and I've never had cause for complaint. To be honest, I can't understand some of the complaints on here. Definitely worth 5 stars.
