Order arrived cold and the boxes were wet from sitting for so long so burst when the bag was picked up. Was told they would send the order back out but a different day due to them being busy. Called back to get a replacement and was treated really badly with staff being rude to me then refusing to replace the full order like they had already agreed to.
After waiting 3 hours for delivery I phoned and was told my order hadn’t even left the premises yet and it would be another hour!! We had to go collect it just so we could eat before 11pm. Utterly outrageous! The justeat app said it would be 45-50mins for delivery!! You need to manage your ordering system much better.
Delivery times are ridiculous. An hour and a half past allocated time and no apology. They shouldn't accept orders if it's too busy
Delivered before the time stated. Excellent Service delivery driver was polite. Food was absolutely fantastic.
Called up to order a delivery, while " trying " to place an order the phone was put on the counter twice while they served people in the shop and subsequently never picked it back up again . Will never deal with them again .
Ordered a munchie box from here last night at 6.45pm and it never arrived until 9.50pm. This is shocking. Arrived 2 hours later than what was stated. Won’t be back

I thought this place was good food but the attitude of the management and Delivery service is appalling. When you complain about having to wait nearly 1.5 hours for your food,all you get is " cheek". My advice steer clear teach them customer service is important
