Twist Gym is prefect for me. I first started 8 months ago. I'm well into my forties now and had never been to a gym before so wasn't sure what to expect. I can wholeheartedly say that it was most definitely the right decision. I've been attending three days a week and am delighted with the results. So much fitter, stronger and leaner. I couldn't do this without the unique one on one support that we all get here. The trainers are all experts in their field and always show a real interest in our achievements. They all have a good mix of professionalism and friendliness with total dedication and commitment. The membership fee is very reasonable too so I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Twist gym to anyone. Thank you!

Having been a member of other gyms before, this is without a doubt my favourite. Both for its personal set up and the friendliness of the staff. My training when at twist, under the guidance of personal trainers for each session, has come on at a much faster rate than if it had just been myself. It was enough to motivate me to be in the door at 6am 4/5 mornings a week. I thoroughly recommend joining.

I can hand on heart say that this is the best gym I have ever been to (and I have tried a few!). All of the trainers are excellent - they give expert, bespoke guidance with a smile. James has built a great community at the K Club. I genuinely look forward to my gym visits and cannot recommend the K Club enough. Whatever your level, James and his team will inspire you and help you to push your boundaries.
