Shapers Epsom

I have been going to Shapers in Epsom for a few years now and can only recommend it to anybody wanting to keep fit and meet lots of pleasant ladies and also find the instructors very obliging and helpful and we often have a good laugh together I am going into my eightieth year and enjoy every minute of my workout and I am sure that is what keeps me young. I've been going to the Epsom branch for a few years now. The staff are all amazing and the one to one sessions are great and help you meet your goals! A really friendly, completely comfortable place to be!

I joined 2 months ago to loose weight, it really is an enjoyable experience when I attend. I have joined many gyms over the last 20 years and this one is the best in my opinion. A concept to focus on the female form alone is a brilliant idea.The one to one's and the facility to book a shadow makes a huge difference to me and keeps me motivated, it's small and local and very competitively priced. The classes are small so you get the personal touch too. The team at Epsom are great and have a good connection with each other, always supportive and on hand at all times. They make the Gym warm and inviting with a welcome smile on arrival. They actually listen to what you need and change and apply to your day and hour if need be. They make a great atmosphere which to me is important. Never a dull day! I've lost 8 inches and 1% body fat so far, however my weight had not changed but my shape has, my programme has been re evaluated and I am looking forward to seeing further changes that are bigger and better over the coming the months. I can whole heartedly recommend this Gym for all ages...

Excellence customer service, good value for money. Really friendly staff. Shapers has a fantastic supportive environment and has a visual impaired person they really cater for my needs. Whatever your goals I really recommend this gym for any ladies.

I am really enjoying my membership at Shapers- love the ladies only environment, the freedom to come and go as many times as I want, great equipment and settings - I do actually enjoy my work out. Its not as personal training as I expected but they do help you with a programme you can follow and also you can arrange short personal sessions for example to target a specific area etc. They are always doing special offers, and a great email newsletter so they keep it exciting :)
