This is a great shop. The staff seemed really knowledgeable and they were friendly. It was a lovely experience buying shoes for our kids.
Good service and lovely shoes. But we arrived at 9.30 and it was gone 9.40 before they opened so we were all somewhat grumpy from waiting in the cold.
After sale service is not good at all. They did not call us back to let us know the result until they saw my review on Google map! funny! the PR works better than after sale service. I can confirm the other reviews that told salespersons are very kind and helpful when you wanna buy.
Fantastic service. We needed to purchase our little boy's first pair of shoes and being clueless first time parents and in the Covid lockdown we were wondering how we were going to have a fitting. Twinkle Toes were absolutely wonderful. They provided phone advice on measuring his feet and worked out the correct size after we'd chosen a pair from their online shop, they even hand delivered the shoes we chose! We'll be returning customers.
We have been coming here for about 4 years now. My daughter has a very narrow foot and this is the only shop that has been able to correctly fit her width without going down in size to compensate. Which meant constant outgrowing. We travel an hour to get shoes from here as the staff are extremely helpful and kind and think nothing of spending up to an hour to try on many different styles of shoes they have in stock, to ensure the best possible fit. The shop always seems very popular when we visit and for younger children there is even a small play corner. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience today purchasing my little girls first shoes. Knowledgeable staff providing a professional and personal service. The fitter went above and beyond to help us, especially with the current covid-19 circumstances. We will see you again soon! Thank you!
Great service still provided during COVID-19. Our daughter has wide feet and in normal circumstances we'd go to the shoe shop get her feet measured and then see a selection of shoes that would fit her feet. Staff at Twinkle Toes made sure that the same service was delivered via Whatsapp. With shoes delivered to our door the same day. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend.
My granddaughter had started walking during the second lockdown. When the restrictions were lifted and the shops opened my daughter didn’t know where to go, the thought of Meadowhall wasn’t very appealing. We Googled children’s shoe fitting Sheffield and Twinkle Toes came up. It was very easy to make an appointment online, we went along and we were met by Jodie who was so very lovely. The shop was spotless and very Covid friendly with good precautions in place. Lily is only 11 months old and we were a bit worried she would not cooperate but Jodie new exactly what she was doing and we came away with some beautiful first shoes confident that they were comfortable for Lily and most of all fitted correctly. There was plenty of choice and Jodie explained to us what was and wasn’t suitable for Lily’s little feet. We came away really pleased and we had a lovely experience thanks to Jodie and Twinkle Toes. We will definitely be returning.
Excellent and knowledgeable service. Good choice of shoes. Stayed open late to fix us up with properly fitted footwear.
Fantastic staff, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been bringing my two children here for 11 years, even though we now live in another county. Staff always take care to ensure that the shoes fit correctly, there is a wide selection and nothing is too much trouble. Couldn't ask for more!
