Sharon, Donna and all the other staff were extremely helpful with me hiring a car for three days from Inverness.  I was picked up from the railway station on arrival and then returned there once I had dropped the car back to their office.  Highly recommend this company.  Thank you for making the process so easy for me, it was very much appreciated!

Fabulous service and very reasonable price.  I booked a small van but on collection there wasn’t one available. Upgraded to Mitsubishi L200 which was just perfect - even better than a van. Special thanks to Donna for being so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come back if I ever need to hire again.

We love this company at Thistle Excursions. We hire minibuses with a few days notice, they deliver and make it so easy for us to take people out on tours. Their automatic 9 seater vehicles are a dream to drive and always spotless inside and out. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend Turners to everyone.

We needed a vehical for 5 to go too my grandparents funeral, I was extremely happy with the service we received as the ladies at the desk went above and beyond to find us a suitable vehicle for comfort and luggage as well as a fantastic price. Pleasant pick up of vehicle staff where helpful we where travelling from Inverness to Aberdeen . On the return journey warnings appeared add blue and change engine oil . We filled the tank to the full on the gauge to return the van but when we dropped it off the guy said its not quite full short by about 5 ltrs . We received the invoice the next day to find we have been charged £18 plus vat £3.60 totaling £21.60 for fuel thats almost 25% extra on the total price of the hire. Rip off not happy especially when they can pull this trick on everybody putting vehicles back I have hired vehicles of there competitors many times and this is the fist time  this has happened

My Turner Hire began in Inverness and was intended to end In Edinburgh.  I had to change my arrangements at short notice and Turner Hire, in Inverness and Aberdeen were extremely helpful.  The car provided was immaculate it returned me 60.3 mpg and the hire rate was excellent.   Finally the deposit was returned to my card almost immediately after the car was returned.  Couldn't ask for more!!

The location of the agency company is slightly far away but worth the walk because the staffs are incredibly helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the price of rental is the cheapest I could find in Inverness. Love the service!

Booked a car through rentalcars website and was charged and got confirmation for a pickup on Saturday.  On the day offices were closed and no one answers the phone even though their website showed they opened on Saturday.  No communication, nothing. Car availability should have been updated on rentalcars prior to any planned closures / unavailability.

I was sooo surprised by the extraordinarily wonderful customer service!... friendly, absolutely obliging, truly helpful and totally going out of their way to make everything work out, even when things got tricky. They're on my use-again list now! :-
