I found the process from start to finish easy. The staff were extremely helpful, even when I had to change dates due to the recycling centre strike. Ensuring I had the right type of vehicle to get in there with. Picking up my son after his graduation. Am happy to recommend,an would use myself again.

Arrived in Inverness the morning of and decided last minute that it would be fun to site see while renting a car. I reached out to a few rentals and they had nothing available until later that week. I tried Focus and they were able to squeeze me in that morning and offered me a Tesla Mode Y at reasonable price. Needless to say the car and the service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this company, it really added a little extra to our trip.

Brilliant.  Arranged a last minute pick-up hire for one day and staff couldn't have been more helpful. First rate vehicle and good price. Will certainly be first stop for all future hires.

I would of gave them much less than one star if I could. This is a company that I would avoid like the plague. They make up there terms and conditions to please themselves as when required and will quiet happily scam you if they think they can get away with it. So I'd recommend going to a more reputable company for your vehicle rental needs. There is a reason they ain't part of the BVRLABritish vehicle rental & leasing association as they don't work under any ethics whatsoever.

My employer has vehicles on long term lease. The staff have been nothing short of helpful and welcoming. They have delt with all of our requirements speedily and with professionalism.

My father had gone to pick up a car we had pre booked for Christmas weekend to make things easier in regards to getting the family altogether, and getting presents to and from different houses, only to turn up and have the car refunded because he "looked wet, like he peed himself" pretty much called him a drunk! when he's someone who works outdoors!  How dare you embarrass someone like that, especially a hard worker who just wanted to get his family altogether for Christmas, none of us drive so really needed the vehicle for Christmas weekend, thanks a bunch for embarrassing my father and ruining our Christmas

Been with these for a while Hired the tesla think my stomachs lost somewhere on the dash board took a while to find my teeth my cheeks need reshaping apart from that service down to earth worth hiring from here loads motors to choose from always updated

Very efficient, decent prices for hiring vehicles. Met us off the sleeper at Inverness station as arranged. Very good service.

Great service – an honest and friendly group of people.  Gave me exactly what they said and no fuss on returning the car.  Hope to be back one day.
