Excellent experience with this rental location. The young lad who walked us through the car pickup was exceptionally good. He took time to thoroughly explain everything and gave helpful hints about driving the car. The car was very clean and in great condition. The drop-off was quick and we were on our way in no time. I have hired cars in a number of countries now, and this place is a step above all of them.
We had a great experience with the staff and rental car. Everyone was really nice and helpful. When we returned the car they called us a taxi but nobody came so they were kind enough to take us quickly over to the train station. That was really nice of them and we appreciated it. Our car was enjoyable and clean. Only wish they were a bit closer to the train station.
Super nice folks. It is incredibly busy, especially for automatic cars. We arrived 3 hours earlier than our reservation and they didn't have any in stock. Fortunately they got one for us still and we waited just for an hour. When we returned the car, they were also nice enough to drop us off back at the train station
Let’s say I am just sharing my experience, we got service from an apprentice who focus on selling “add-on”, he did not do his basic tasks, such as checking if we got all complete we have bought. We did not get GPS and the car made warning for Engine Oil was at minimum low level and need fill up in urgent within one hour driving. These are basic that Enterprise would prep before releasing car to the customer, we found this after driving 50kms. The road assistance advised us to find the garage and fill up ourselves, at “our own costs”. Honestly, we have lost confidence in Enterprise, and intend to not more renting from this company. We yet to get refund for GPS back.
This location is a scam! Be careful..nEnterprise is my go-to and I rented from multiple locations including North America but this is a scam location.nI was given a car which was awful, the accelerator pedal was not responsive and in the roundabouts I was a little scared to drive, as it takes about 2sec to respond which was a little concerning. The car made weird alarm noises, when I called to inform the same, the response was to call AAA and discuss my problems with them.. Really!! In my vacation, I was about to spend hours on a rental car, solving their car issues??nAnyway I ignored them and somehow managed to safely reach Edinburgh location and drop-off. After 4weeks I was presented with a bill, for damaged tire pic attached calling it a “Gouge” and they had to replace the tire. : Fortunately, I took additional coverage which saved my A**. I paid my dues but thought to let everyone know my experience. Attached pic of tire replacement cost.
