The restaurant is neat and clean .If you are looking for kerala dishes, I prefer Dev kerala than this .
Had a meal with the family. 6 of us arrived at 19:30. The place was freezing cold which I can understand during the current climate. Ordered starters and mains at the same time and it took over an hour and 40mins for it to come out. The place wasn't busy as there were 6 others in there and 2 had already had their food. The starters were okay but when the mains arrived it was luke warm at best. One of the dishes was heavily salted and inedible. They seem to prioritise telephone/app orders rather than people who physically make the effort to come to the restaurant. I won't be going again
Just had a delivery and the food was lovely, delivery a little later than expected but it is a Sat eve so not too bothered by that, had special mixed Masala, it was fantastic, full of flavour, other half had a madras and said it was nice, will definitely be ordering again
Been before the food was alright however, call up about 20 mins ago and the customer service was absolutely shocking. The guy on the other side of the phone extremely rude, not helpful at all and had really bad attitude. Don't bother going there in till they change their staff.
Cosy, busy place, full bar, but most importantly though, pretty good food at a good price 2x rice, 2x curry, 1x side, 1x naan, poppadoms, 1x beer, 1x coke £36 ish.
Not enjoyed at all, no flavours or smell, chicken tikka curry was sooo sweet like they added a bag of sugar in it. Not ordering again. Waste of money
Will never recommend to anyone. I visited the restaurant with my family and was stoked by the behavior of this guy at the resturant. Quite nosy and bad attitude. Absolutely unfit to be in the hospitality business.
I was a regular local customer and enjoyed the food until the beginning of March 2022. The problem lies solely on the waiter at the restaurant. One day I came in at 5pm as the first customer in the restaurant and I expressed a preference for a particular seat. The rude waiter told not asked me to sit in a specific seat he chose for ‘his’ convenience. I told him politely that I didn’t want to sit there because it was by the door and didn’t want to catch a cold from the draught. He then told me to “leave”. Shocked I asked why. He said because there was a booking at 7pm. Given that I arrived just after 5pm I obviously didn’t intend to stay for 2 hours! He didn’t listen and ignored me and went back his seat and played on his phone. Angry and frustrated I tried to contact the manager of the restaurant but without luck since it was always him that picked up the phone. He was effectively preventing me from contacting the manager. This particular waiter has been very rude in the past eg not acknowledging requests and never expressing gratitude after we had paid but I wanted to turn a blind eye because I was with my wife. To the manager, if you read this. Please replace him. For one, I won’t be coming back and I’m sure other customers won’t appreciate his dire attitude and rudeness which will definitely drive business away without your knowledge.
Great food, always love eating there and never busy
I was recommended by a work colleague so I thought I give you ago . My order was over £50 delivery King prawns cost me £15 for 5 shocking I also ordered lamb tikka madras I had 5 pieces lamb,wife rang up to complain to be told there were 7 pieces shocking and laughable. I also ordered rice ,nan, onion baji,mix grill as a starter and another main .it wasn't the best, It's first and last time I be using you . I wouldn't recommend you to anyone .your staff is rude and your food is to poor standard.i could do better myself.
