So bad it was hilarious! They only had one bottle of beer, and none on tap. They poured it so badly it was 4 fifths head. They had no idea what wine they had, or even that there were different wine types from different places. We were the only people in the restaurant but they were still incredibly slow, took them 10 minutes to bring the menus out. The waiter couldn't explain what the dishes were. I was looking at one with fish, and wanted a bit more information, but all he could explain was "it's fish" and "it's dry". When my fish dish came it had been fried, was over cooked so it was tough and running in oil. Possibly the worst Indian meal I've ever eaten. As I started with, in the end it was so bad as to be funny, but would I recommend you go there? I'd spend your money somewhere else!!
I have eaten at this restaurant since it opened really, but sorry to say the quality of the food has dropped of the cliff, very bland, every dish seems to be the same colour, and no depth of flavour. I hope they turn it around as they have been very good for many years.
We ordered a takeaway after a long journey and were really looking forward to it but were called by the restaurant once the curry was already late and told that the delivery car had broken down and that they could not refund us. When I explained that it was their job to cancel the order they seemed unsure as to whether they could. My wife rang them back to ask them again to cancel the order and they refused to give her clear answer. I would not order a curry from this place if it was literally the last one on earth. Avoid!
I am usually picky when it comes to Indian food, especially since coming from an Asian background. Ordered the Lamb Korai , garlic Nan bread and pilau rice for takeout tonight. The Lamb Korai was flavoursome and spicy the way I like it and the garlic naan was soft like a cloud. Really enjoyed the takeout this quiet Saturday night

Had a lovely takeaway last night. The chicken was really nice - not rubbery or tough like you sometimes get with curries. We also called in advance to check about dairy allergies which they were very helpful and knowledgeable about. Also arrived early.
Food was ok but had to wait a hour for a cheese toasty and cup of tea? My mate had a full English but said the bacon was overdone and the beans were cold on his plate. They claim to be a Indian restaurant but what kind of curry house serves cheese toasty and full English breakfast?
First impressions were good, a friendly welcome and we were served for drinks and a starter within the first ten minutes. We had to then wait at least an hour and a half, for our main course, which then had to be sent back because it was only luke warm. I noted that during our wait, plenty of people were served with takeaways, where every time they left we had to get up to shut the door behind them, as did other costumers. The waiters were friendly enough, however, good new year eve service is very important if you want customers to return.
Really disappointed with that takeaway always had good food from here but not tonight won’t be using again
Was booked to go here on Wednesday 25th. Have had good food and service in the past but oh dear, not this time. Table was double booked, regular occurance I was told by another diner who was just leaving! Told to come back in 40mins, which we did only to find 6 people stood up inside waiting for tables and the rest of the place rammed with no social distancing between tables. Very disappointing. No doubt the 'eat out to help out' offer was the reason it was so busy, hence why we booked, but the management of this left little to be desired. Yet another curry restaurant struck off the list.
