Located just 3 miles from the City Centre of Newcastle, we are an extension of a business established in Heaton around 60 years ago…

We started as an accident repair centre on Rothbury Terrace, but due to constant requests from our customers we developed into a one stop shop for all of your motoring needs.

We outgrew our site on Rothbury Terrace, so in the summer of 2013 we moved into our new 10,000 sq ft unit on Benfield Road.
This has allowed us to employ more technicians, have newer technology and to offer our customers a value for money service.

Once again 5 star service. Every time my little Micra goes into one of its moods and breaks down, you guys are there to help. Not only that, but you do your best to keep costs down and get my car back on the road as quickly as humanly possible. Great customer service and friendly banter are thrown in at no extra charge  :-)  Thanks again!

Called up over a month ago for a quote to repair to the body of my car after someone scraped the side of it. They called me back and asked me to pop in with the car so they could take a proper look so I did straight away yet I'm still to this day waiting for the quote even after calling them back

Just picked up my car after a simple head light change. The garage left some glue all over the body work which wasnt damaged  which is unacceptable.  Happy with the communication but  the actual job is sloppy. Spent 45mins cleaning titles off.....

Great service and they do what's best for you and your car, not their bank balance. Courtesy car was a nice touch too.
