Amy-Louise booked our group holiday for us and she has done nothing but give us 5* customer service. A few members of our party had to cancel and she made it as easy as possible for us. She has been very attentive and ensured we had the best deal for our group and made sure everyone was happy.

Booked a holiday with Gemma in Barnstaple today. She was incredibly knowledgeable & couldn’t do enough to help. As it was our first holiday abroad, we had a few questions and concerns, but these were all sorted by the end of our appointment. We went though lots a different packages to make sure we found the right one, we felt there was no pressure put on us to book. When we finally decided on one, Gemma got us an amazing deal, thank you! Will definitely come back to store to book again.

I recently booked a Marella Cruise with Jacqueline at the Barnstaple store. She provided me with a 5* service, providing a lot of information and recommendations for our dream holiday. The booking process was extremely smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jacqueline to book my next holiday.

Anne Marie at tui Barnstaple is fantastic, from booking our appointment to completing our holiday, great advice courteous and professional, she has also been to our destination which put a very personal touch to make sure our holiday will be one to remember, we will definitely be booking with Anne Marie again

Booked a holiday on Sunday the 8th Jan at TUI in Barnstaple,the delightful Ann-Marie helped me and booked the holiday for my daughter and myself.Ann-Marie has booked a couple of holidays before for me and my husband and i am always find her to be very natural,unflappable and extremely professional.She always seems to go that bit extra.Well done and thankyou.

Booked a lovely hotel with free child spaces in October. TUI then cancelled our whole holiday due to stopping our flights in December. They did offer us a small discount or refund.We asked to keep our existing hotel and to move flights to another airport, but TUI would not do this.To rebook the holiday at that point from a different airport and the same hotel would’ve cost us £1500 more  even with the discount. We ended up having to go for a cheaper hotel and lose out on the free child space. We really feel let down by tui as we feel they should’ve given us the same hotel from a different airport.

Amazing service from the Tui team as always, Currently having issues with a passport situation and After using Hannah in the bideford office for years who was brilliant but after closing I am pleased to say we our now receiving the same amazing service from Jacky in the Barnstaple office. This is exactly why I wouldn’t book a cheap online holiday as personally I just appreciate the top service when you need help. Thanks again Jacky and Team.
