My Favourite Cottages response to the facilities at Wheel Barn not being as described, or falling very short of their website description was just to say that they would let the Owner know. All other dealings up to our arrival was competent and satisfactory. The website description does not accurately describe the facilities of the property we rented: the building, rooms/beds was correct, but all the other other promised facilities eg acres of woodland, children's play area, tennis court etc were either non-existent or dangerously unusable. The property was also mouldy and dirty: in my opinion the letting company, My Favourite Cottages, should ensure that the owners fulfill both the description and expected cleanliness.

Excellent cottage, very well appointed and in a tranquil location. My Favourite Cottages are a first class company to deal with. The booking process is easy to deal with and updates are sent in a timely fashion. Directions to the  property and any special instructions are comprehensive and we didn't feel anything was missed out. Thank you! We will definitely book through My Favourite Cottages again.

Very pleased with all aspects of booking and email communication. My Favorite Cottages offers the customer a warm and friendly approach to booking any holiday.  Would be more than happy to recommend and would not hesitate in using again.  Excellent service.

We find the accommodation excellent for our week, however it could improved by adding a small nest of tables on which to place drinks and nibbles etc whilst relaxing watching tv! Better instructions on where to find the key case for Mill Wheel would be useful, I had to ring the owner to locate it.  We were disappointed that the advertised Tennis Court was unusable because of moss and algae on the surface which made it unsafe to play, it had obviously been in this condition for some weeks and should not be advertised as a asset.

This is the first time we used My Favourite Cottages and it will not be the last.  The service provided was fantastic, it was a no hassle booking, reminders when next payment was due and excellent directions and information to the place of accommodation.  We will definitely use you again. Thank you.  We stayed at Devon Beach Court in Woolacombe very highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious property.  Booked a weekend away for 11 family members and our dog.  Location was beautiful and the flowers and scones were a lovely touch.

Such a good time at Dolly's barn, perfect long weekend with friends and the kids loved playing in the grounds. Accommodation is really well fitted and clean and very comfy, we'll definitely want to come back.

My favourite cottages was amazing to deal with. We were kept up to date with the booking and the process to book was easy to do. Amanda was extremely helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended using them.

Our stay at Ford Hill Cottage could not have been better. The setting was excellent--beautiful walks alone country lanes, and very close access to Arlington Court, which also has fantastic walks in its grounds. The cottage was wonderful with everything you would need for a stay. The wifi was a bit slow at times, but still quite practical, and the owner lives nearby and was extremely helpful and charming. Getting in and out of the parking area at the back requires skill, but with practice it is doable!! Reverse in--do not tray the multiple point turns to get out!! Great getaway place.. I strongly recommend the cottage for anyone wanting to explore this part of Devon.

This really is a lovely cottage. We should know, we have had over 15 visits to the same cottage and been coming here since 2016. Cottage is clean, comfortable and tastefully rustic. Everything you would need for a self catering experience. Garden is big and spacious and patio area great for sitting outside. Cottage is centrally located just off the main street in Braunton with easy access to restaurants, shops and pubs and nearby beaches of Saunton and Croyde.  Would highly recommend as an excellent place to stay.
