We booked our Honeymoon with Chloe at Tui Barnstaple and she was amazing. We wasn’t sure where to go but she went through places appropriate for us and tried to give us the best deal, she was very helpful and friendly and ensured my wife knew what she needed as she was pregnant at the time too. The staff all seem lovely and thank you Chloe, we will be booking again soon!

My boyfriend and I booked our first holiday at Tui Barnstaple with Deana and she was just amazing. Lovely customer service and super helpful. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and she brought it to life with hotels and flights, as well as an in budget price! It was brilliant. Thank you Deana.

Amy-Louise booked our group holiday for us and she has done nothing but give us 5* customer service. A few members of our party had to cancel and she made it as easy as possible for us. She has been very attentive and ensured we had the best deal for our group and made sure everyone was happy.

Me and my girlfriend went into TUI Barnstaple with no idea where to go on our holiday. We sat down with Jacqui and she was nothing but helpful. Could not thank her enough. Booked a holiday with Gemma in Barnstaple today. She was incredibly knowledgeable & couldn’t do enough to help. As it was our first holiday abroad, we had a few questions and concerns, but these were all sorted by the end of our appointment. We went though lots a different packages to make sure we found the right one, we felt there was no pressure put on us to book. When we finally decided on one, Gemma got us an amazing deal, thank you! Will definitely come back to store to book again.

Deana in store is the most helpful and patient lovely lady and has sorted out many holidays for myself and family. I have also dealt with Jessica and she too is lovely.  I'm writing this review to bring attention to others looking to book a holiday that its so important to book your holiday in store so we can keep our local TUI branch open. You can still use your TUI app but if you can book with your store. They really do give a fantastic service.

I recently booked a Marella Cruise with Jacqueline at the Barnstaple store. She provided me with a 5* service, providing a lot of information and recommendations for our dream holiday. The booking process was extremely smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jacqueline to book my next holiday.

We booked a family holiday with Ann-Marie over the phone. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and area we were interested in. She matched the price that we had seen online and made the booking quickly to ensure we didn’t miss out on the free child’s places. We would definitely book future holidays with her! Thanks again Ann-Marie.
