Currently having real problems with this company. We have let our property out through the offshoot business called "holiday cottages." what started out as a "we're different from other companies, we care about our let's." Well what an absolute disaster! Our cottage has been abused horribly, urine stains, broken furniture and burnt bedding, broken tiles.... List goes on. When enough was enough and we wanted to withdraw our property we were sent £1000 withdrawal fee!

Do not let with these people!
