My daughter and I were looking for a family holiday to Cancun, Mexico and decided to visit TUI Dundee. We were assisted by Vicky who was both very knowledgeable and helpful in our search. Vicky was able to advise us on the best hotel for a family group covering 3 generations! It was very helpful that Vicky had been to Cancun in the past as she was able to tell us about additional activities to add to our itinerary. We would recommend using TUI Dundee for your future holidays and from our experience highly recommend Vicky.

I wouldn’t usually write a review however I feel this warrants one. A big thank you to Andrea at the Dundee Tui store for finding a holiday for me, my friend and my baby. This was my first holiday away with me baby and was very nervous. I had no idea what the allowance and arrangements were for babies on a plane. She took all the stress away from me and sorted everything out from the flights , transfers , baggage allowance and hotel! All I had to do was turn up! She was quick, informative and very helpful. I will definitely be booking through her again on my next holiday.  Thank you so much Andrea!

I popped into the store with my partner a few weeks ago to book a holiday- we were met by Caitlin and the customer service she provided was truly exceptional. Furthermore she was so efficient in helping us get currency exchanged at the same time. We can’t wait to go away- all thanks to Caitlin!

Visited TUI Dundee recently and was assisted by Andrea. She was polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Fantastic experience overall would highly recommend popping in and asking for Andrea if you’re looking to book a holiday 10/10

Went into TUI in the Overgate in Dundee for euros for my recent holiday and a lovely girl called Caitlin was so quick getting my euros sorted for me. My bank card wasn’t working in store so she got all my euros sorted for me whilst I went to the bank machine to take the money out. She was so patient with me and couldn’t thank her enough for all her help! Thank you Caitlin x

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time on our holiday in October. The booking experience from start to finish was seamless thanks to the exceptional customer service and professionalism from Andrea. Will definitely be using Tui Dundee again.

We were at the Dundee store to possibly book a cruise.  Met and attended to by Vicky who had plenty of personal advice since she is a cruiser. The staff are very friendly and kept me topped up with coffee. Ending up booking our holiday there and then. Thanks for everything Vicky

Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic experience booking our first big holiday today . Dayna was absolutely amazing , she took lots of stress off us and talked us through everything . Amazing customer service would definitely recommend xx
