Does the job required. It is a medium sized bus station with plenty of local and national bus links. The inside is normally tidy and there are uncomfortable seats for those waiting. It has several TV screens with the upcoming buses listed and the approximate time of their arrival/departure. There is a cafe and a little convenience store located inside, though the cafe closes quite early. There are toilets, though youbhave to pay to use them and they close at 8pm on a weekday. It is located close to the city centre, though the new train station is a little bit of a walk away, so give yourself 15 mins if you're trying to connect there. There is a taxi rank just outside, which normally has one or two taxis there, but not always. The help desk/ticket desk was closed some time ago. The bus station gets a good rating, stagecoach themselves... less said about them the better!

This has to be one of the worst bus stations within Scotland. Never clean and almost always has toilets closed due to vandalism. I know Stagecoach operate this Bus Station however more work should be put into making this a more welcoming place. Compared to the Train Station, this is shockingly poor! Toilets not accessible to wheelchair users and always dirty. The Café and the wee takeaway place situated outside is probably the only nice parts about the place. The convenience store is small but it’s VERY expensive. Wouldn’t recommend going there. Walk 3 mins up Seagate to a premier with better prices

What a joke of a bus company, not using them again if I can help it. Bus scheduled turns up 15 minutes late, to a stop 5 minutes from the bus terminal! When I phoned Stagecoach would offer no apology or refund. Shocking.

The buses are running. But, the place was very dirty. During the health Covid19 lockdown the public service providers cant get away by giving excuses. Customer service areas were closed or cordoned off. The sanitizer spray ~ was there for name sake it wasn't clean or welcoming to enter. Not even friendly looking. No effort ~ like small high street businesses try their best. It wasnt even inviting. Its open, but nobody to give you information on the complex transport system. No phone line. Nothing. Why even bother going there. They really need Robots. To man the floor. And clean the place.

One of the most beautiful and dirty bus offices I've ever been to I feel so special the minute I walk and get on the bus because the bus driver is shouting obscenities at me because I don't have my bus card out and ready like sorry mister bus driver I didn't mean it : but like as I said stagecoach owns me    beep beep *drives away cutely*

Toilets accessible via turnstile only. Really unsuitable as I was on crutches. No wheelchair access, at least not signposted. Shop and café but not suitable if no decent toilet provision.

Try to get someone to answer the phone, I dare you. Had no option but to use these buses again and yet again they messed up, took payment from my bank twice and have left me with no money for food , I requested a refund and was told it will take 10 days to get my money back they do not care that I have to starve in the mean time . Absolutely disgusting

Arrived by bus at 21:30 and had to wait for connecting bus at 22:00, and had to stand outside in the cold and dark, because the bus station was closed. Not impressed- how is this kind of treatment of passengers going to encourage better usage of public transport? Surely the bus station should be manned and open until the last bus has left…?

A bit dodgy… but ok… i guess

Great service  and in comfort, on time too.
