On behalf of Gareth Davies - on my visit to Manchester I experienced trouble with Internet banking. I was unable to sort it out via phone call. Called into this branch where Gerri and her team continued to find a solution until the issue was resolved. Excellent welcome, and customer service. Thank you to all.
THE LOCATION IS OK!!!!. NO COUNTER SERVICE ANYMORE WHICH I FIND DISAPPOINTING. CAME ACROSS A EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESENDING STAFF MEMBER. I SUGGEST HE SHOULD BE RE-TRAINED!!!!. TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE!!!!
New location is stunning and opening hours are super convenient. I can do my banking late evening. Amazing. Colleagues are professional and helpful. More space, and ATM machines!!! Old branch is history now : Keep up great job!
A great space and helpful staff.
Can't take out more than £500, what is the point of having a branch where you can't even take your own money out?
Well i wont say love this place it's fine like any bank with queues
Amazing people and very helpful. New system is having some issues but staff not at fault.
You cannot withdraw cash from this branch other than at the cash machine which is useless if you need more than £500.
