I went to the premises a few years ago,and I was welcomed by the staff with open arms, customer service was a straight 10 out of 10,I went back to the premises to pay in money to my account, and i have to say that the experience in the premises on this occasion was on a Equal par with the first experience in the premises. A customer service score of 10 out of 10. Well done.
Shocking. Decided to reluctantly visit the branch as they keep phones calls on hold for a disgustingly long time. Got to the branch and was told it's a 45mins wait. Then the staff member looked into my complaint. Told me it had been resolved. I soon realised they hadn't fixed anything. Two weeks later and still not fixed. The people who work at NatWest are absolute clowns. I'm off to nationwide.
Moesha made our customer experience great, she was absolutely lovely & professional & made the process so easy for us, we left so happy with the customer service we received. Big thanks to her she is a credit to the company.
I would recommend Peter he’s very nice he always try to make sure I get all help that I need to keep my financial health good and he answers all my questions. I always felt welcome to see him.
Went in without an appointment on a Monday morning. Was welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who then arranged for me to talk to another staff member about my account. After a two minute wait I was seen by a very knowledgeable, polite and helpful expert. An excellent experience all round.
Takes 30 minutes of cueing to see a cashier on a Thursday morning. The cashier's were busy chatting and didn't seem in a rush at all
Poor Customer Service. I went to this branch to open a new account. A guy with a tablet who called Harry Cooper was there and asked for ID card just to book an appointment. I told him it’s not with me but I can show you its picture, then I’ll bring the physical card on the date of appointment. He didn’t accept!!!! So I had to come tomorrow. Today I came here and today he said where is your proof of address?!?!?! This is ridiculous, funny and unacceptable customer service. He could tell me to bring the proof of address with physical ID as well. But he didn’t. His manager should kick him out or teach him how to guide people.
I can't fault this branch, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Granted it can get busy but it's city centre and a bank after all
i had unfortunately had my natwest account hacked into and a hefty loan taken out in my name. i came into this store 3 days in a row to try and arrange getting the loan out of my name and access to my natwest back - every person i spoke to and dealt with were amazing. they reassured me and sorted everything out for me. greatly appreciated due to the nature of my issue and can’t thank them enough!
Shocking que system - why does no one advise you of how long you'll approx. be waiting when you arrive. Took over half an hour and still nothing.
