Found the staff very unhelpful and unfriendly today. I was told to Queue at the wrong desk inside the branch on Market Street and Had to wait a while to be served. Not a good experience!

Lovely welcome from staff, polite, helpful, Sue took time to help us without any pressure, thank you. Stay well and safe everyone.

Extremely rude & unhelpful staff when trying to open an account. Have put me off using Nationwide entirely.
