Just bought a Fiesta and wanted to keep servicing with Ford...but, first service was told they would call when car was ready so when 5 o'clock came gave them a call, they were still servicing and I was to pick up at 5.30. When I got there was told a/ c re-gassing machine had broken so couldnt get done, fair enough. Got car home, as it was dark realised that car hadn't been cleaned as per service charge. Re booked for re-gassing, turned up and was told the machine was still broken..the day before!, but no one gave me a call to re-arrange. Was told they would give me call to pick up my car, get it done and delivered back....5 weeks ago. Gave the service team a call, and they didn't know anything about it. Regretting ever visiting here.

This has to be possible the worst Ford garage in the UK. Trust Ford DO NOT USE. HENDY FORD IS 5 STAR Our car was booked in to have the tcm updated due to being notified by Ford UK that is was due an update, we were told it is covered under manufacturer warrenty. We booked the car into the local Ford Garage as advised by Ford UK. The car was dropped off and we were told to pay an inspection fee of £99.00. We were not advised of this by Ford UK so we paid this fee. On collection of the car we were told it needed a new clutch at a cost of over £900. As a qualified mechanic I knew they were talking rubbish. Booked it into Hendy Ford who did the update and were 5 * extremely excellent customer service. We are still awaiting the inspection report from Trust Ford and the receipt. Currently going through Credit Card Insurance for the £99.00 to be refunded. Do not use these theives. Total waste of time. Over 3 weeks for a call back still no call back.

I had a bad experience at this garage, car went in for minor job, spent over a week trying to get my car back.Then had to be towed to another garage at my expense when they had not finished the job. Ford can't seem to fix there own cars .Paid for the privaledge! And another garage to fix it. Grim......

This showroom is quite good actually. It has a sufficient of cars that you can browse, a great number of used vehicles at the front and is very clean throughout. The staff I have encountered were your average car salesperson that is only interested in your money but that's expected. I was served well and would recommend a visit. There is a small MOT area around the side of the building but one comment I would make is to attend when they are not busy because customer parking is very limited.
