Service is good but, this is now the second occasion when there has been marks on the seats/interior after a visit. Made worse by the managers continuous denial that is not them. They did clean the seat but not without a lot of bickering. Shame. Good experience up until you get back into the car. Would have been 5 stars without the annoyances

I had 4 issues during the 1st year with the new VW Tiguan 2017 including 2 times the A/C broke down and very bad response from Drift Bridge, I will not recommend anybody to buy a car in this dealer.

First Class dealership. Buy all my cars here. Have all my cars serviced here. Paul and his team in Sales are exceptionally professional. Darren the service manager is a legend. This is the only place you need to go for Volkswagen. Worth more than 5 stars.

I came in to look at a Volkswagen Tiguan to replace my current one which was purchased form another Volkswagen site, I was met by a friendly yet professional sales person which i can only say was a joy to deal with, they really knew their stuff and have kept in touch since I took delivery. Fantastic experience from a friendly team! 

I Would absolutely recommend to any of my friends!

2nd time I've used Drift Bridge and as always it's all about the people. Ashley on the service desk was excellent and I was happy with the all round service and work on this occasion, (get the video when you are told you are getting the video etc). On a previous occasion, (last 2 months), I had a shredded belt, (distributor I think), which got trapped in the engine and caused it to cut out. RAC took the car to the garage and they called me after their first hour of investigation saying they weren't sure what it was and would need another 2 hours, (3 in total), purely investigative work? I'm no expert but fail to see how it could take 3 hours to see that a belt had shredded. Expensive job at c£120 per hour for labour only costs :-(
