Absolutely disgrace for Toyota GB Head office and Steven Eagel Toyota service at St.Ives.nFirst St.Ives sold me a faulty Toyota Auris,they delivered the car so dirty,after 3 days the car battery died completely, ok they cover the costs of battery. But next bad experience come less than a 2 months, end of May I took to local Scunthorpe Toyota garage to check my car,and they come back with red list,which cost me £489,to change brake pads and discs,and tyre.When I email to St.Ives sales person Daniel Wells, he ignored my email, obviously I send email to region manager, she contacted with Daniel Wells, he called me and pretend he haven't received anything. Then for 2 weeks he played around with investigation, and then refused to refund, sticking to his story,the MOT from them was green,and he trust his mechanics guys.When ai asked how come less than in 2 months can come from Green to Red? He said he don't know. That's mean they done Fake MOT, just to show me everything was good,but they knew the car was faulty. And when we were purchasing car, he was repeating it's safe to drive,and don't need to change anything.nWhen I contacted with Toyota Head Office, the lady told me to send Everything to email, all the report pages,payment and email between me and Daniel Wells. Waiting for 2 weeks for any reply from Head Office, there was no answer, I send another email how far is investigation, there's still no answer.nAbsolutely disgrace from such a big company.nUnfortunately I will escalated this case forward to Trading Standard and social media.
I used Redline financial services toyota finance to buy a vehicle from Snows car centre Southampton.nVehicle was involved in an road traffic accident and repaired unsatisfactory and sold it me . I have put a complain to toyota financial services but didn’t get any help and ignored my request to send the car back.nI have managed to win the case again toyota financial services and snows car centre Southampton through financial ombudsman services.nThis is a very untrustworthy company who doesn’t care about their customers and I won’t recommend it.nPictures and videos attached including a vehicle report from vehicle body assessor engineer.nStay away from this company.
A most delightful office building, situated in picturesque grounds comprising many wonderous trees, lake and water features.nnThe office itself has copious meeting rooms and collaboration spaces facilitating ideation and rich discussion.nnAt the rear, one may find an extensive car park with exclusive space for visitors. One improvement could be a solar canopy which could harness the sun's energy to provide limitless energy to any electric vehicles situated in the vicinity.nnOther bonus features could include waterslide and micromobility test track.
All I can say is Rachel who I spoke to needs a raise or promotion it was a RAV4. I hope this finds you I appreciate your help your kindness your professionalism that needs to be more of you in the world.
Hello Toyota,nnI am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Toyota Financial Services. It is clear from numerous reviews that I am not alone in experiencing significant issues with their customer service and financial approval processes. Despite providing all necessary documentation and proof of financial capability, many customers, including myself, are being unjustifiably declined for finance.nnThe Trustpilot rating of 1.3 out of 5 stars is a stark indicator of the widespread dissatisfaction among Toyota’s customers. Reviews highlight consistent issues such as ignored calls, unresponsive service, and a complete lack of consideration for customer circumstances. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem affecting many individuals.nnIt is unacceptable for a company of Toyota’s stature to rely on flawed automated systems that result in numerous unjustified declines. When you provided clear evidence of the ability to afford vehicles and yet continue to face rejection without adequate explanations.nnDespite my numerous attempts to contact Toyota Financial Services to resolve this issue, I have received no satisfactory response. It is imperative that Toyota responds to these concerns and provides the level of service their customers deserve and that Toyota always states to have.nnImmediate action is needed to address these systemic issues and improve the overall customer experience.
