bz4x worst car ever produced by Toyota, do not buy!nI ordered a bz4 x with a tow bar and waited 6 months for it which is fine. Car turned up without a tow bar, which I made point of it being a part of my spec! I was told when I ordered it I would get a charger for it for a reduced rate of about £300, when I got the car they said that the deal had finished and I could not have one, since owning the car I have done 3000 miles and Toyota state that it should do 242 miles to a charge, the most I can get without air con on is 170 miles. it's a joke! They have had my car for 3 weeks and are not able to improve this as no fault with the car as they have sent the data from the car to Toyota GB which they say is fine, this means the car has been falsely advertised in the real world. Toyota customer services basically said to me on a phone call that the car will not do that range if you drive on a dual carriageway. I can't even go to Gatwick airport and back on one charge as it will be motorway all the way, Steven Eagell basically said there is nothing they can do and there is nothing wrong with it, they also said I did not order it with a tow bar which is rubbish as you can not fit a tow bar after the car has been built, I have had about 5 Toyota's from this dealership and always with a tow bar, the conversation I had with Tom Sales Manager of Bishops Stortford was very negative as really said its tough and nothing they can do and when I said about trading it in they offer me £20000 less than what I paid for it with 3000 miles on it! Customer service is non existent, I have sent many customers to them who have purchased cars from them over the last few years which I will not be doing again! You would think that they would offer one kind of resolution to help. There are so many people complaining about this car all over the internet how can they say there is nothing wrong? Please find attached photo's. I have replied to an email address that was given in a reply to a previous google review on Steven Eagell Bishops Stortford but have still had no response back since last Friday.

It is clear from numerous reviews that I am not alone in experiencing significant issues with their customer service and financial approval processes. Despite providing all necessary documentation and proof of financial capability, many customers, including myself, are being unjustifiably declined for finance.nnThe Trustpilot rating of 1.3 out of 5 stars is a stark indicator of the widespread dissatisfaction among Toyota’s customers. Reviews highlight consistent issues such as ignored calls, unresponsive service, and a complete lack of consideration for customer circumstances. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem affecting many individuals.nnIt is unacceptable for a company of Toyota’s stature to rely on flawed automated systems that result in numerous unjustified declines. When you provided clear evidence of the ability to afford vehicles and yet continue to face rejection without adequate explanations.nnDespite my numerous attempts to contact Toyota Financial Services to resolve this issue, I have received no satisfactory response. It is imperative that Toyota responds to these concerns and provides the level of service their customers deserve and that Toyota always states to have.nnImmediate action is needed to address these systemic issues and improve the overall customer experience.
absolutely disgusting service from Toyota , nobody contacts you with miss sold and miss advertised bz4x range. the car is not fit for purpose, left negative reviews and no reply other than email them direct which they do not reply to, now I have to go to the motor ombudsman!!!! do not buy a bz4x under any circumstances unless you want a 50K car to go to the shops and if you want to drive in the winter you will need thermals to keep warm as you will not make the distance otherwise and if it rains and you have to put the fan on in the car to stop it misting up you will lose 20 mile range instantly. not fit for purpose!!!!!!!!

I can't thank the team at Toyota GB enough. This company helped me, when nobody else would. They didn't have to help me, they had no obligation to, but they still supported me.nnThanks to Toyota GB, my life is now easier than it was. Toyota showed me human kindness and I thank them sincerely.
