Where do I start. - food is excellent. - Staff are incredibly friendly, of course a special mention has to be made to Robert who surprised my aunt with chocolates and a cake for her birthday. As well as that he gave us drinks on the house. - The decor around the place including the photos were a lovely touch..
Absolutely lovely atmosphere and waiters. Delicious food and big wine card. I had the Duck Breast and it was the best. I had my best puree and my best cherry wine sauce. Such a good idea. If I visit Dublin once again.... I will eat there.
Top notch waitstaff, timeless classic old days Hollywood atmosphere photos on the wall and wonderful food. We had the ribeye, spinach and ricotta ravioli as well as the almond and orange tart w in the a fabulous Irish coffee We went back a second night for the sticky toffee pudding and another Irish coffee.
I loved it. I had my birthday dinner here and the vibe was just right. Comfy chairs,dim lights and great music. It was chatty and buzzing with life and happiness. Also, we got complimentary cocktails.
Dinner before the show Riverdance here was a great suggestion. It was not far from the theater and the ambience sets the stage with walls lined with pics of different artists. Paul was our server and he provided excellent and friendly service. We had the baked brie for starter, beef filet and pan seared cod. All very good. The steak was perfectly cooked a medium rare plus. Peppercorn sauce was delicious. Don't forget the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Bonus: they have organic wines!!! Pic is of our view from our table. There are multiple levels.
Trocadero is a treasure. While we only went for drinks, the service and atmosphere were stellar! It's like stepping back in time without compromising on the modern world commodities. My old-fashioned was made to perfection.Service: 5/5

What a lovely place to dine. Staff are friendly and the food is excellent. I had scallops to start and rib-eye for mains and both were excellent. Sides of creamed spinach and garlic potatoes were also great. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Overall we both had a wonderful experience. We are talking about when we can come back for dinner again.
Lovely atmosphere, very excellent service, decent to large portions, and a good selection on the menu. Much bigger than you expect, with nicely interconnecting areas, really enjoyed the whole ambiance and will definitely be back.
Thoroughly enjoyed dining in the Trocadero. From the moment of being greeted upon entering & taken to our table, through the service, it was a pleasure & the food was excellent . Highly recommended & I certainly won't be leaving it as long between visits again!
