Great little place! We came here on Sunday just for drinks so I can’t speak for the food. But their €5 cocktails are really good! I would personally recommend the melon ball, Hawaii 5-0, strawberry daiquiri and the pink fizz. Small glasses but it’s €5. The upstairs is really nice and they have good interior. Good place for cocktails!
Very impressed with the lunch menu. Came on a Friday at 1pm and had no bother being seated. The service was quick and attentive. Food came out piping hot and nicely presented. Very reasonably priced for the variety and quality. Will definitely be back for lunch again soon. I got the dumplings, lasagne, and mac & cheese supplemented €1 extra
Came here on Monday for lunch. Great value and food was tasty. Would absolutely recommend the lunch menu, finishes at 4pm, great variety of food to choose from.
Alfies is amazing. We were lucky to get a table because it’s very popular. Food is amazing and drinks are awesome. Really cool and nice waiters
Great value lunch menu. 3 items for €12 big portions. Friendly staff and fast service.
My friends and I went to Alfies for food before christmas. As we expected it was quite busy, but regardless the service and atmosphere was great. As for the food, the mains were great quality . The starters not so much. All that was ordered for starters was two portions of Garlic bread and a portion of chicken skewers. We waited over 20 mins for these starters which all arrived stone cold.
Absolutely stunning place! Would highly recommend, my friends and I had a great time at alfies, all the staff were great and open to converse with me about general topics. I'm a bit of a chatterbox so it was lovely to get to know then for the duration of my meal and drinks. Simon and Robin were my servers and the lovely blonde fella at the bar has my heart. Overall I had a bloody good time here.
Terrible service. First of all we were told we had 1.30 mins and the manager set a stop watch at the table and ran off. 1,2,3 go. Lady who served food and drinks was rude and slagged my mate about his goujons said he probably should opt for a salad he is obese . The wings were soaked in vinegar for 48hours prior to service. My friend left crying as his wheelchair was punctured at the door. No security. Would not reccomended
Horrible place, service is very bad. Waited for 30 mins and didn't even get the drink. Would definitely not recommend if you want to have a good time!Food: 2/5
Walking in the door and up the steps, greeted by a wonderful hostess. Who ensured o was served and welcomed Fantastic service, Great food, good price, will be back
