Loves the ambience. Being a vegetarian, Pesto Pasta and Vegetarian was too good. My friends tried Chicken Fajita and Chicken Burger, they loved it. Have to mention this Dilek was so friendly and accommodating. She recommended the Pesto Pasta, it was worth it. Overall it was a great experience.
This restaurant was really nice. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was flawless. Drinks were spot on, and the atmosphere was great! We ate yesterday evening, a Saturday. My only issue was that the steak I ordered as rare appeared to only have been cooked for 20 seconds a side, and was barely warm in the middle. Sure, I did order a steak at an Italian restaurant, sure I did order it rare, and sure I could have asked for it to be taken back and re done. However, I didn’t want to cause a fuss I take full responsibility for this, and the steak actually tasted really nice! I had the garlic butter with it and the skinny fries were great too. I will attach a photo of said steak, and perhaps it could be a lesson to future customers not to order a rare steak, and also maybe the chef just to double check the temperature! No hard feelings though, would come back again.
A great place to be at with large groups, food is really good and service is even better, very friendly staff! Book in advance as it gets busy, and I would highly recommend their desserts too. Set menu available for large groups.Food: 5/5
A treat at the temple bar. while strolling through the Temple bar region we found this restaurant which was a great surprise, for starters we chose a portion of beef taco which was amazing, for the main courses we chose a BLUE cheese Gnocchi and a Ragu lasagna both were very tasty, just for the gnocchi that came in a small portion compared to the other options. to drink we ordered an alcoholic lemonade, it was very sweet but we drank it anyway. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Disappointing. Can’t really think of another word to say. We’ve wanted to visit for a while because there’s always people inside and it looks really nice. Well all I can say is that the food is okay. It’s not amazing but it’s not bad either. It’s just okay and because of that it’s disappointing becase you can’t complain to them about the food but you can’t also just say hey I just wanted to tell you your food is just mediocre. So I’m very upset because we wanted to visit for a while but ultimately the food arrived just medium warm hot in some places and on my Burrata pasta I only had a tiny little piece of Burrata on it. For the prices they’re charging their services nor their food is up to par. Save your money and go somewhere else
Food was fantastic, lovely staff and setting. Also a great location, we went for lunch at half 12 sunday mothers day without a booking, they were accommodating. We had chicken wings and garlic bread for starter. I love chicken wings and these chicken wings were incredible. I could have sat there all day and eating them. Garlic bread was great. Really nice bread and then they give you tonnes of super nice garlic butter to dip into. We also had a margarita pizza and a pesto pasta and they were both unreal. If I lived in Dublin I would be a regular and if I return to Dublin I will for sure return here.
Had dinner at Luigi Malone’s in Dublin city’s Temple Bar with a large group during a busy night. Loved the atmosphere at Luigi’s but unfortunately, the place seemed understaffed at the time and as a consequence, the service wasn’t as quick. Also, it can be hard to get the attention of members of the waiting team. For dinner, I ordered their vegan pizza which was decent but what I was delighted was were the textures of the pizza, which were similar to that of non-vegan pizza. Reasonably priced gin and tonic too for Temple Bar anyway. Based on feedback from other members of the group, the food was cheap but the quality was OK. Don’t expect mind-blowingly excellent food but overall, I think Luigi Malone’s is a good place for large groups to get decent food and affordable drinks.
Great food selection from salads to pizza, pasta, burgers , large portions, cocktails were tasty, but staff is very slow and very young standing around with their phones in their hands so that was the only minus. Otherwise definitely visit!
Came here last night for a friends birthday. The food wasn’t bad and I did enjoy myself. We got the buffalo wings to share which were really delicious. We also got a sharing pint of Strawberry Daiquiri, which was grand too. I got there Chicken BBQ pizza and for dessert I got their cheesecake. We had to sit outside because some people in our group weren’t fully vaccinated, but there’s was almost zero lighting outside. It was pretty dark and we could barely see each other. They have us little table lights but I do think they could try get some better lights. Apart from that I had a great time and the food wasn’t too bad.
Ordered the Gnocchi with blue cheese and spinach, so good! The jungle mix mocktail was okay. The Toblerone cheesecake was stunning. Recommend this place for good pasta and pizza a friend ordered the margarita, was really crusty and cheesy.
