Lovely shop. Owner and staff are super helpful and kind. More the just a shop. I went in upset and was given a hug and some kind words. Then went in another time for a specific colour which has been ordered in. Good selection of food, treats toys, clothes and walking tools. Really recommend going.
A well stocked pet shop and a very knowledgeable lady offering excellent advice on the the care of fish.

Took a very nervous dog in this morning to have her nails cut the staff are absolutely fantastic put her at ease lots of cuddles from customers in shop only 6 pound bargain defiantly be going back
An excellent little shop with a very friendly team. I took my dog inside to try winter coats and, although the range isn't extensive, we did find a coat to fit my dog that looks fabulous and was comparable in price to larger chain stores. I then returned to buy a dog toy at a later time, also of good value.

AVOID this pet store on Trinity Street Iv been a loyal customer for years for all my pet needs Rabbit,Hamster,Cats,Reptiles,Fish etc and spent a fortune in there in the past, iv heard many bad things about her and the shop but always defended them as my experiences were good up until today. I bought a £2.50 goldfish for my little boys tank on Tuesday which died last night so i took it back to complain and she started demanding water samples and accusing me of not knowing how to have a fish tank setup correctly. I will be spending my money else where from now on thats for sure

Lovely little store staff very helpful/friendly just don't go on the open times online they are closed both Wednesdays & Sunday as I learnt. Other than that brilliant.
Very friendly staff love that they had cats and dogs in shop really nice and not too expensive either
