Been in store a couple of times regarding an issue with my phone. Always happy to help and I'm now on an even better deal. Brilliant value for money. The girl who served me made it such an easy experience think her names Molly.

visited Carphone warehouse in Gainsborough to seek advice on an upgrade, Matthew was extremely helpful and gave great advice on the different phones and tariffs available and so I upgraded whilst in the branch. Great service, staff very friendly! would highly recommend.

Have always used this shop. I'm not great with phones but the manager was always really helpful. Seems there's been a change of staffing. Been in today as phone is dead slow and not working properly. Appears the two senior staff members were busy chatting with friends who'd popped in. One whose two young children were running riot. I ended up with the young team member who really couldn't be bothered with me. Ended up being told to do something with my phone which I'm unconvinced will resolve the issue and I hadn't a clue what she was going on about. Wasted journey, achieved nothing. Very disappointed

Absolutely incredible service in gainsborough. Molly was fantastic, she got me a great tariff cheaper than what I was paying. She transferred all my stuff over. Nothing seemed like too much work. She saved me £12 per month and an extra £20 per month on my broadband. Would highly recommend gainsborough Carphone. Incredible service!!

Went in to purchase a phone with contract.  All the details taken, set up but wouldn't go through vodafone credit check.  Guy says come back in one hour but on his screen it said '... ring IT desk'.  Returned, nothing we can do, try again in a couple of days.  Said problem will be in all shops.  Went to Scunthorpe same day, problem was the same but the girl rang the IT desk it was fixed within seconds.  Without request, she threw in clear phone case, screen protector and in-car charger.  Take the trip to Scunthorpe, far better service.

I went today for a phone upgrade.The staff were very good didn't make me feel daft for not knowing how to do anything with phone.They were extremely helpful and so much more customer friendly than vodaphone shop staff well done on your customer service

Got a Samsung on a good deal staff was helpful be upgrading next month so I hope it goes as well as last time.

Went in for advice on a new phone, the staff was exceptional, the manager was very helpful. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Very helpful staff and a pleasure to do business with.  Staff knowledgeable on both deals and the phones they stock.

Is what it is- see the new phones and get a choice of carriers. This is a pretty small shop but it does have easy parking in Marshalls Yard
