On sunday the 26th i went to argos gainsborough and i witness the most unprofessional behaviour i could have seen ! Beside while being served by RACHEL she wasnt focus on the transaction she was looking to the other staff and serving me in a rush , and after she finish .... the horrible language that came out of this member of staff rachel and other female member of staff , i dont even dare to repeat because i feel obnoxious this unthinkable behaviour. And This just show that anyone can do this job even if isnt qualified for it. I think the management team should reconsider who they hire for future precautions. I can admit makes me reconsider shop at this store ever again. And i will write a letter to head office to let them what kind of people is working in their stores !

Quite dirty shop. Slow on the fast track order. Customer assistant gave me wrong information then argued with me . Manager stepped in and told me that the staff member was in the wrong and gave me an apology .

It may be that I have just been fortunate but despite this branch being small compared to most Argos stores, it has thus far always stocked what I have been after. I have also used this as an eBay collection point and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There never seems to be too long of a queue either!

This shop was ok, they got the job done in reasonable time however I think a staff retrain is needed. The staff member that served us at till point was sat drinking blackcurrant squash out of a Strongbow cider pint glass which to me screams unprofessionalism. And the staff member that gave us our items at the collection point had no customer service skills at all. On top of that the whole shop had a foul stench of body odour lingering. Maybe invest in an air freshener system. Over all the products we bought were great however the shop itself definitely has room for improvement.

There's a lovely little shop nextdoor to browse while you wait for your order. They raise money for Andy's Children's Hospice; who provide treatment and care for children with life debilitating and terminal illnesses up to the age of 25, based in Grimsby.
