Have eaten at the trigger pond a few times and never had a bad experience.. Food is really nice and always hot.i recommend the cowboy classic burger and the steaks are delicious... My son always eats most of his meal ( smothered chicken) no messing. and as meals are 2 for 1 aswell ! What more do you want. Just Perfect.

We had a family birthday party at the Trigger Pond. We ordered nacho as starters and it's worst one I've ever had. I had an halloumi vegetarian burger that was advertised as golden holloumi which I would expect to be grilled but it was raw. We ordered a kids cheese pizza that my son wouldn't eat as the base tasted rubbery. A big disapointment and would definitely not return and recommend.

Chicken was warned up that much I could not even swallow it ! Food come far to fast to be fresh ! Will not be returning again and would not recommend it.

Visited Trigger Pond with family, initial impression not good, very negative atmosphere from staff and no host to direct us to our booked table. After waiting 10-15minutes finally got asked if we would like food or drinks. Very poor attitude from staff and waited 10 mins for a sauce to go with meal once served(meal served cold-returned + re-ordered) . Overall experience poor, food average and service not up to standards. Staff need further training. Will not be returning.

Nice place,lovely staff,meal was ok.my custard was cold but they took it bk asap then it came back steaming..would we go again.Maybe..
