Ive had some awful experiences with the receptionist staff. Im not sure what pressure they are under but it reflects on the calls & attitude. Its scary times and sometimes can feel quite anxious about calling as to what the receptionist tone/ attitude will be like. They are dealing with ill people calling snd at times the way they talk is a disgrace. One big issue with he NHS is the “caring” nature is being forgotten. We know its stretched to the limit, but my god many of us have money taken out of our wages for this and just a little bit of care and respect would not go a miss. I actually pay for private health care now. Unfortunately, i still have to be referred by a GP. Trying to get through to a GP is like trying to arrange tea with the Queen.
awful at dealing with teen's mental health. ive asked at least 3 times to get a diagnosis and have been absolutely no help.
Professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating -- Dr Singu and his staff have, over the 12 years I have been a patient, been beyond reproach. Their level of care goes over and above the call of duty and, while my husband and I nursed our mother to her final rest, Dr Singu called around personally several times to ensure her comfort. He has treated my many chronic health issues with patience and humour and I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery.
I have been a patient for over 12 years and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Singu and his colleagues . They are professional , dedicated and very thorough whilst being friendly and kind. The reception staff are also very helpful . Many thanks for all the care you have given my family over the years .
Had an appointment with Cathy today. What a fantastic down to earth medical professional. A real breath of fresh air. I've always had a great experience when using Tri-Links.

No matter what time I ring if its 8am/8.30/8.45 there are always more than 5 people ahead of you in the queue. Rang today 8.40 5 or more people ahead of me 15 mins later phone cuts off.ring straight beck and guess what.was calling to cancel appointment but sod it
