Hopefully I can comeback and change this review in the future, but I would need to speak to a doctor to be able to. 112 times I have called this number today unfortunately not an exaggeration to finally have somebody pick up and tell me that all appointments have gone. How?? I have been calling every 9 seconds since you opened the phoneline and couldn't get through. I would love to just book online but I was given invalid codes and I can't have new codes until September or October when the merger is complete. That may yet be the quicker route. Will try again tomorrow!

Rang at 8.30 was 1 in the queue. Had a call back and given an appointment later that morning. Thank you so much for your help today. Never have a problem with this surgery.

Absolutely unacceptable how a surgery can cancel a 3 year old's asthma review twice after a suspected asthma attack leaving him 5 weeks plus without the care he requires only to be told I can complain if I want too, I did that 3 years ago and that got pushed to one side too. 1 star is too much for this practice.

Our family have had experience of absolutely fantastic receptionists, superb treatment from the Doctors, and probably above them all, brilliant liaison between all medical parties.  Thank the Practice Manager and your team.

I have been calling since 8am to get an appointment and when I actually get through, they've apparently all gone. 2 days in a row now. Completely useless.

Never had an issue at this practice ever since I joined about 4 years ago. I always get an appointment straight away and every doctor I speak to when it isn't my usual one that I do see/speak to mostly have been very helpful. The receptionist who I think must live there as its always her who speak to me bless her is lovely and so helpful. Seeing other people's low ratings is a shock to me as I've never had an issue

Can never get to speak to a doctor, the receptionists are always very rude I have put a formal complaint to the nhs for other reason would not recommend this surgery at all it's a joke

I have just found the feedback for Stoneydelph medical practice and particularly Dr Vija's surgery.  I cannot agree more.  I do not contact the doctor regularly but when I do, particularly over the last 14 months I have been lied to, treated with rudeness and as if I was a nuisance.  Even though the centre doors have been closed to patients. I officially complained to NHS England last year.  This was dealt with, but on the odd occasion I have had to contact the surgery since, there is no more help. I have tried to contact a doctor since Friday, it is now Tuesday.  This morning I dialled every 3-5 seconds on recall from 07.59 to 08.44 when the call was answered.  I was told there are no appointments available for today, I will have to call again tomorrow at 08.00.  I burst into tears, don't know what I have to do to talk to a doctor.  I have had enough I am now changing doctors and can only hope the receptionists are more empathetic and helpful and that I eventually can talk to a doctor.
