So.. my girlfriend got hit in the head with a cabinet while sorting the house out. Her head is gushing with blood, so like and panicked boyfriend we rush down to the nearest medical practice. 

Bare in mind she’s feeling sick, looks pale and weak and blacked out twice. We had to wait 20 minutes in a que just to be asked stupendous questions one of which was “what religion are you?”... yes my girlfriend has a very bad head injury and they’re asking questions like that. 

So, now we’re booked in and get told to wait in the waiting area. It’s now been 45 minutes, my girlfriend still hasn’t been seen and is getting progressively worse. 

We are leaving and going to A&E now I’m a hope to get some “proper” treatment. 

Avoid coming here at all costs unless you’re injury isn’t bad at all.

I have been using this doctors surgery for a number of years now and it has become better and better. Like any other practice it does have its downfalls, however considering how busy it is you are always able to see a doctor if your issue is urgent. It may not be the doctor you want, but if you're ill surely that doesn't matter! I have seen a number of doctors and all have been helpful, friendly and willing to help. It is however always worthwhile telling the receptionist when you call what your problem is, as some doctors may have a specialism in that particular field. There is also a new and improved surgery based on the premises who work closely with the doctors, so your prescriptions can automatically be sent to them. This pharmacy is open long hours, both throughout the week and on weekends. Only superficial improvements to be made would be the decor and more receptionists on the desk / answering the phone.

Useless and unhelpful offering an appointment in three weeks to simply get a acid reflux drug which was changed re-prescribed

If the rep. only answers their phones I'll give them more stars.  You can ring all day some times.  If you are in the waiting room the people in the back room are working but nice if they too can pick up the phone.  Very clean opened and soon good doctors
