Awful. More concerned with paperwork than people. Will never visit again.

Open surgery every morning, can call in the afternoon for appointments on a different day. This is literally one of the only doctors surgerys I've heard of where you don't have a problem getting an appointment. They also offer early/late appointments so it's more convenient for people who have to work 9-5.

I get what i want from a Dr. Unlike my friends in Warwickshire, you can get an appointment same day in waiting surgery, it may or not be with your Dr but thanks to this I've gotten urgent medication when needed.

Increasingly poor. "In my opinion"... a rushed, dismissive experience that led, over months, to jeopardising life (an ongoing series of poor calls & wrong diagnoses even in the face of quite obvious patient history, test results and clear outlining of symptoms). What is worse about this charade is that it involves more than one of their "professionals".
