Dr deshpande verges on abusive. One or two good doctors. Booking system is useless though. Changing practice!

My father is registered here, staff are friendly & they offer a walk in clinic if you are there between 8.30 & 10.30 so at least you can see a doctor the same day !

Can never get appointment over phone. Not a very helpful situation. Seriously think king of changing surgery's.

Useless...friendly staff doesnt solve problems!For them everybody is healthy ,nurses dont give a damn about you as a patient,doctors look at you like you are wasting their precious time of chat or other activities....Every appointment is briefly and no medical advice is given.They cant give you anything else but Paracetamol which you can buy in every damn shop.If you have a work related problem is your problem not theirs.I can understand that they work for NHS but we all pay money to the state so they can get their money so the attitude "am doing you a favor"is out of line and unprofessional. My advice?If you need more than Paracetamol,avoid this clinic practice...

I've been lucky enough to have been registered with the Aldergate Practice for nearly 20 years now, and whilst I don't use the place very often, when I do - I have always managed to get an appointment easily whenever I have needed one, and the staff are always super helpful and efficient and the Dr's are superb. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.
