Had the avocado toast and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived with a roasted plum tomato too! The filter coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice was also delicious. They get super busy so be sure to get there early unless you don’t mind waiting a bit. But their service made up for it. Wonderful.

Tbh, it was ok. I loved the smoked almond starter but the beef bavette I had was quite disappointing as it was very rare and hard to chew. Not sure I would be coming back but my friend loved it and raves about restaurant all the time. Good customer service, nice view, excellent ambience but food was underwhelming.
My 2 course was amazing and loved everything about it, service was also great, however I did find a hair in my drink but they got me a new one and took it off the bill which was good.
Love this beautiful cafe just a few steps away from Aldgate East underground station. Cozy cafe serving delicious pastries and coffee/tea with friendly service. Love the décor here, Scandinavian chic style. There's a proper restaurant upstairs floor breakfast as well. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area!
Mixed emotions here: my Devonshire crab on toast was delicious and the burger was great too. However the Full English sausage was undercooked and the pancakes incredibly salty. There's room for improvement, but would come back for cake or toast.
