Awesome place for great taste of food at lunch. Really ! Taste was superb of every items. Specially grilled chicken and chicken kiev. Chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. On 2nd day i tried oven baked Salmon with salad. That was baked awesomely perfect. 5 stars to customer service, taste and atmosphere.
The food is really tasty and fresh. They have some healthy options and the coffee cappuccino is amazing. The staff is really friendly and service minded
Best breakfast!! Wonderfully friendly staff with the best latte I've ever had. The English breakfast was delicious and the wifi was nice for us visiting from out of country. Love it!!
TL;DR: PLASTIC IN FOOD, OFFERED DISCOUNT BUT MADE TO PAY FULL PRICE. First of all, they did not have burger or lasagna out of a very limited menu and that is on a Saturday afternoon. Took us about 15 minutes to finalise our order since they kept telling us they did not have the dishes we wanted and making us wait about 5 minutes each time. As we were eating, I found 2 pieces of plastic in the muffin of the egg Benedict. We called over the waitress who was standing behind the till, she could not see us for about 5 minutes hands waving and all then she acknowledged us with a wave, asked her colleague to come to us and then they both remained at the till for another 5 minutes then her colleague finally comes over to us with the bill did not ask for the bill, did not gesture for it, just waved. We informed the woman that there was plastic in my food, she took the plate and said that she will take it to the chef. Good thing I took a photo of the food with plastic beforehand see photos attached. She brought the food back out and presented it to the other waiter who was most likely the manager. They both came over and shrugged their shoulders and showed me only 1 piece of plastic on the plate the loose piece on top of the knife I left after taking it out of my mouth the second piece which was inside the muffin was removed whilst it was carried away trying to frame it as if the plastic inside the muffin was never there. I then told them that there was another piece inside of the muffin which I previously showed the initial waiter who came over first. They were acting oblivious to it as if it was never there, and they continued shrugging their shoulders saying “yeah it’s just a piece of plastic” as if it was nothing important I then showed them the photo I took. At this point of course we stopped eating and drinking our food and tea. The waiters did not offer any solution to this problem, therefore we informed them that we will not pay for the eggs Benedict but happy to pay for everything else but just want to leave ASAP. We continue waiting for 5 minutes as they fumble about by the till at which point we just went up to the till to pay there and leave. The manager tells us he feels bad and will deduct £10.00 from the bill. Here’s the kicker, we ordered 1 moussaka £6.20, 1 eggs Benedict £5.60and 2 English breakfast teas £?. He passes us the bill for £15.00 and at this point we just payed it as we did not want to take this anymore. If they would not have charged us for the eggs Benedict it would come down to approx £10.00. If they instead, as he said, would deduct £10.00 from the total it should have been about £5.00. Instead this idiot charged full price. Bear in mind that was for a couple bites of the food and couple sips of tea. No point of arguing with them since it looks like the generous guy with the discount idea was the manager. Never. Coming. Here. Again.
My 2nd Visit with My son this time Was Welcomed with a Massive Smile Lovely Cafe Must try if Around Very Busy so if can get Seat your very lucky
Very nice and friendly staff. Good interior and only one reason for 4* is that I'd like to have a classical bacon with english breakfast instead of somehow cooked ham. Great coffee!

Went with a Groupon coffee and cake voucher for two. Delicious choice of hot drinks and we were given a choice of cakes to choose from. Well worth it. Friendly staff. We weren't treated any different because we had a voucher, felt very comfortable. My latte was top and my chocolate fudge cake was fresh and moist. Definitely would recommend. Thank you...
I work around the area and so pop in here occasionally either for lunch or coffee. There's a girl who wears a scarf and so my experience with her has not been all that great. It seems, she only makes eye contact with more European white customers than people of her own skin. However, I'm served more well by their European staff which is funny. Great food and coffee and nice interior decor, but this experience with this person has put me off.
