Would highly recommend this for when you want a lovely halal brunch! Extremely tasty and filling full English breakfast. Their French toast is also great to hit the sweet spot.  Great value for money with amazing service.

Very good. Can be a little pricey for three course meal. They are best for breakfast

Absolutely love this place. Hands down the best breakfast/brunch places in East London. For the price the portion size is good. The food is also halal so that's a bonus. The staff are Very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. Would definitely recommend popping down.

Great place to have hot or cold drinks, snacks and meals. Their americano coffee is great !!!

Lovely hidden gem in the heart of East London.  Grounded is a small cafe style dine out, cute and romantic.  If you're looking for a place to have a good old chat and great food,  this is your perfect spot. Enjoy.  I did!
