A really nice outdoors store with lots of deals on a wide range of camping and outdoors clothing and gear. But sadly I heard they were due to close down, I hope that's not the case.

Extremely disappointed at the poor service received from Tresspass in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Staff are poorly trained, lack customer service skills, and are rude and abrupt. No doubt this stems from the powers above, who promote and endorse such a service. I returned an item which was completely mis-sold, and not fit for purpose. I automatically assumed the returns policy was 30 days, as it is for most companies, unless specified. Tresspass do not specify their returns policy on their receipts nor is it visible in store. They do however notify customers on returning the item that their refund cannot be processed due to their 14 day policy. I have emailed Akmal Khushi (CEO) who has simply ignored my emails. Customer services response time is quoted as 72hrs. They do not adhere to this. I have sent one email after another for somebody to resolve a simple issue. Trespass are so desperate to hold onto their sales that they would rather lose loyal custom than a refund of £18.99. Trespass still have my returned item, along with the receipt in their possesion, and are ignoring all emails from me regarding this. They are still currently citing the Sale of Goods Act 1979 on their receipt which was replaced by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Headoffice simply ignore emails and pass them onto inexperienced staff to deal with. Emails are poorly written and dismissive of any problems that the company has. I would never buy goods from Trespass again. There are plenty of good, reputable companies to buy such goods from; who are more professional and courteous to deal with in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Trespass, if I could give you 'zero stars' then I would. Shame on the management team and owner of Tresspass for endorsing such despicable service.
