Awful customer service in this store!!! If you buy something from here and find that you need to later genuinely exchange it or ask for a refund, you can forget about it, these guys just dont want to know even if its just been a few days and you still have the receipt. The staff are very rude, arrogant and most of all unhelpful. Cheap & cheerful products should not equal rude and unpleasant customer service!!
