Strongly disappointed. trying to buy something for breakfust in run I went to M&S becouse it was always good example for store. until today, big choice of sandwiches doesn't help if only selected product for meal deal are really hard to find. everything on same place even juice and almonds bars which normaly should br counted for deal in M&S they not. And best part: self cashier station was laggin like crazy. I was waiting a minuted after scan to proces the product on basket. normally I would jump to another statio but... only two was open. Never again...

Terrible reception I got! Entered store on Boxing Day to be confronted by someone in the food hall asking me why I looked confused?!! Taken aback I ask why? He just repeated that I look confused that’s all. I dropped everything and left the shop!

Very good service I highly recommend this store to you good clothes and staff are so nice and generous and helpful 5 stars love it great place to go for clothes and food.
