Ordered an item online three weeks ago to be delivered to the store so I could collect from there. Tried to ring the store to check if they have it (no confirmation email received) but they don't bother answering the phone. Useless

Staff really lazy and rude, if you want service you have to beg. The place is a mess, it needs fixing, but it has nice clothing.

Good items however it's quite cramped and you have to wait a long time to pay for your items and if you're buying shoes you have to wait a long time to get the size you need.

I had to look for a sales assistant waited nearly 10 minutes to pay for items the staff are so rude and inconsiderate didn't even know how to fold up items NEVER WILL SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN I Did tell the brain dead sales assistant get some one else to show you your Job but wasn't bothered had to complain to HEAD OFFICE as the manager isn't any use EITHER at this STORE
