I tried to return an item that was 4 days over the 14 day refund policy. I very rarely return items and to be told I was 4 days over is an absolute insult!!! The sales assistant was blunt and rude too. Avoid

Went to Eastbourne as the web said that this particular shop was opened on New Years Day. Got there and it was shut, what a waste of time!!!! AnnieB
